Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. Please understand that if there is no quality problem, it will not be returned or replaced.
Please note that we don't accept returns after the 14 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 14 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
The customer needs to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page. If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size, or the wrong product, please contact us immediately.
Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference in case you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us email@example.com.
How to Reach Us
Contact us and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem. After confirming all the details, the Customer Service team will provide you with our return address.
* Note: We currently are unable to offer a free returns service, so return and exchange shipping must be made at your own cost. To ensure a successful return, please return using a standard shipping service that provides tracking.
For returned items, we will need 3-6 business days upon receiving your item(s) to process the solution.
After this time, the refund time-frame is as below:
Paypal account refunds: Between 3-7 business days
Credit card refunds: Between 7-14 business days
